Like Germany's AfD, the Reform UK party will be branded by the Tories, Labour, and the UK media as a "far-Right, Extremist Organization Just Like The Nazis," after which Parliament will propose that the party be banned in order to "Save Our Democracy" which actually means to keep the nascent totalitarian UK state in the hands of the Conservatives and Labour who can then continue to bend the Anglo public over a stump and have their way with them.  Welcome to 1984! - it just arrived 40 years late.

If UK would have stopped exploiting it's colonies but make people a living, then there would nobody leave his country.

To stop illegal immigration you have to start with improvements for the people in Middle East and Africa

Colonialism ended 1946 to 1960's. Some countries too small to be standalone countries are British Protectorates by choice.

Colonies were left with functional models for Government Judiciary etc, power grids, hospitals etc where there were none.

Within one lifetime what were functioning countries and economies have declined to the point that people want to leave for the UK.

Granted, their mineral and other wealth in the ground was less, but it would likely remain undiscovered/unexploited to this day and are now the property of the Independent countries.

Keep spewing that hatred children. It is the very thing that drives him and drives people to Reform.

Along with all the other vitriol spewed at Farage, call him a Russian-Lover and Pootin's Puppet too.
That will cause the heads of the rabid UK Europhile Statists to explode like in the first 5 minutes of the movie - Scanners.

The Tories have completely lost the trust of their voter base. They promised repeatedly to rein in immigration but it proceeded at full throttle as if Blair/Roche were still in charge. I suspect It's not that many are pro Reform per se, it is just they can't vote for the Conservatives anymore due to the betrayal and the fact they are a Globalist party, they certainly aren't going to vote for Chairman [Dear Leader]  Starmer, so that just leaves Reform (who are also promising action on immigration).

Because they all speak English, not French...

Focus on illegal immigration via boats just deflects from the huge amount of legal immigration (by design, I am sure).

I can't vouch for the veracity, having not checked, but if this is true, the below just shows the deception game the Tories have been playing.

I wasn't aware that Reform were anti-immigration.  They have a policy to control immigration, and they welcome those immigrants who will be of benefit to the UK - similar to the immigration policies of many other countries.

A bit different from the open-door policy of Labour.... perhaps Starmer has shares in RIB manufacturers....

Farage is the boogieman that unites the One Nationers and Lefties in a frothing mess of tears and exploding heads.

Not bad for a guy that has, until very recently, has never even been elected as an MP.

Love him or loathe him, he has got the 2 cheeks of the same ****,  Labour and Tories, terrified. With the same predictable results and outcome " Attack, Attack, Attack "

It's all they have, none of them possess the cajonies, spine or brainpower to actually debate with him.

Wanting controlled legal migration is.............Racist.

Wanting to halt 10's of 1000's of fighting aged males flocking across the Channel is ..........Racist

Boring, predictable and bereft of braincells, knuckle dragging nonsense.

To a globalist, anyone wanting to "Control Immigration" is a Racist.  Well - unless you are a developing nation like Thailand, then controlling immigration is perfectly fine and dandy.  Globalist only seem concerned with the "browning" of countries with European ancestry.  They could give a rip about countries-of-color keeping out all migrants regardless of color, e.g., Thailand.

So from a globalist perspective and amplified by pro-globalist politicians and media, if you wish to control the influx of migrants into the UK (US, EU, AU, CA, NZ) though legal immigration and keep out those illegally entering the country - then you are called A Racist!  However, I believe the AU and NZ get a pass. 'Eh?

Tories and Labour are just WEF puppets and sold their souls long ago to this project.  People often state that Reform should unite with the Tories, but the Tories have far more in common with Labour and are more likely to unite with them against Reform.   The only difference between them is one of competence, which does not mean I think the Tories were competent (they were not), but Labour are somehow on a different, never seen before level of incompetence.   Badenoch and Starmer are both signed up members to the WEF which means globalist first, party second and country in a very distant third place in terms of their priorities.

You are misreading the signals.Throughout the Western world we are seeing a collapse of the moderate centre right and the British conservative party is no exception. The Labour Party won a landslide victory but it was very shallow, and the inept Starmer has the lowest poll numbers for decades. The current government appears to politically incompetent and has shown to be dishonest in its election campaign. It's also clear that political parties have lost their traditional  class based support.A second Labour term is definitely not guaranteed and Reform is a very real possibility for government. This makes me as depressed as you I expect.

The Tory Party hasn’t been ‘moderate center right’ for over a decade.

The Conservative party will adapt, or it will perish.

I expect it will adapt and it will be within the next year as its new leader puts her stamp on policy. Once this is done, Reform will fade. People migrated to  Reform because they had nowhere else to go.

Erm…Let’s just start with his latest porkie: He said that the Cabinet Office security told him to not open a surgery to meet constituents because he would be put in danger. No such advice was given.
On your questioning  the veracity of LBC: yeah I agree that any radio station employing the grifter Farridge should come under scrutiny but hey, the person being interviewed by Tom Swarbrick was Farridge himself.

Await your rebuttal.

That's a highly inflammatory claim, one that he denies and is attributed to a so called friend saying he witnessed it.

Is this how far you go to discredit people, spread false info?

You seem to forget that Farage was not in government and had no control over the Tory party and their desire to use mass uncontrolled immigration to make it look like the economy was growing with GDP.   Brexit was an opportunity to take the country in a different direction, but was ultimately scuppered by the political class who had no desire to do so.  The country gave the politicians the ball, removed the goalkeeper and all they had to do was shoot it in the open goal, but instead they took the ball and kicked it in their own net over and over again.

Perhaps Thai people don't complain about immigration as immigrants do not get free housing, free money, free child benefits, free healthcare etc on the back of their tax money, nor can they easily compete with Thai people for jobs.  If the UK gave the exact same "benefits" immigrants get in Thailand I think many people in the UK would not complain so much.

You suggest that making a success of Brexit was a simple task. Can you explain what different measures could, and should, have been taken.

Off the top of my head, something like the following would do it.

1.  Cut VAT to 7%.

2.  Cut immigration to max 50,000 high skilled individuals per year.

3.  Cancel Net zero

4.  Control the borders.

5.  Cut corporation tax to 15%

6.  Take an Argentinian president approach to pointless government departments.

7.  Sit back and watch as the country prospers beyond all recognition.

At last you’ve posted something I agree with.

Starmer said it a few weeks back, the Tories were grandstanding ‘stop the boats’ while operating open border policies.

In the immediate aftermath of the BREXIT vote the Tories went cap I hand to India and The Philippines looking for cheap immigrant workers - cheaper than the EU workers and British workers they were to replace.

And the people who voted for that think Farage is the answer.
