Wake Up! - EVs Are Here, and Your Gas Guzzler is on Life Support
I'd bet on a long trip, I could get 900km on a tank. Around town I typically get 750-850km. I'm married, so I would probably stop 5-6 times between Bangkok and Chiang Mai, but I would not stop anywhere for more than 5-10 minutes. I'd leave at 04:00 and eat when we get there. -

Canada
Let's see. Canada produces 4.6 MBOPD, refines 1.7 MBOPD and has the capability to export 0.89 MBOPD from their left coast. Up until recently, mostly to California. Now some to China. The rest, they sell to the USA. They don't have the infrastructure to sell to anyone else. Thank the Greenies for that. So they'd have to find a new home for 2 MBOPD, or they'll be swimming in their own oil in a few weeks. I'm wondering where Trudeau thinks they'll store it? Can 'getting' cancer ever be a good thing?
Let me progress. Can cancer be a good thing? Well, if you see the body as only interested in a couple of natural things, then yes, it definitely can. If you are a believer in conventional medicine; then no. The fundamental things that the body strives for are 'protection', 'survival' and 'reproduction'. Everything that happens inside us goes towards our well-being. It protects itself, so that it can survive to reproduce. The essence of nature. So where does cancer fit in? It's a toxic world out there. If the body is subjected to prolonged toxicity, or too much in one go, the defence/maintenance (immune?) system might become overwhelmed, and decide that it cannot eliminate the toxin through normal methods. So what does it do? it coats the entity, isolated it, and tucks it away. Maybe not out of harms way; but where it can do least harm. With a view to rid itself of the entity ASAP. Which it normally does. This method of protection is a way of the body limiting the danger of the toxic element. So I say yes. There are times when a tumor is used to protect the body itself. -

Fair enough - you drive an old car and don't like EV's... we get it..... ... but none of that means EV's are not good.... which was the argument you've been trying to push.
