Yesterday I went the local PEA office to pay my bill. It was closed before 2.30 pm. Therefore, this morning I tried to pay the bill in a nearby 7eleven .The till turned up a message translating as "No outstanding balance". I cannot understand this. Has PEA decided to give me a free month or is it a gremlin in the system? Suggestions please.

    I paid mine an hour ago via the PEA app and Bangkok Bank. Worked perfectly.
