If you are riding a motorcycle or driving a car and someone steps out in front of you - would you accept fault with the same degree of certainty with that you levy at this American ???? I'm not saying the American is not at fault - I'm arguing against your obvious prejudice in drawing that conclusion without any proof. You clearly don't even know what 'evidence' really means as there isn't any evidence (made public) which can indicate fault of either party at the moment.- 1
