Yes Trump did win a decisive electoral vote victory, but no landslide in either the electoral or popular vote, and he didn't even make it to a majority (50 percent).

He played by the rules and won by a landslide.

 

If the rules were changes and popular vote was the deciding factor, he probably would have spent more time in states like California campaigning and thrashed Harris in the nations popular vote.

Impeachment is the adoption of an article or articles of impeachment by the House of Representatives that are then forwarded to the Senate for trial. The fact that the Senate acquitted Trump does not negate the fact that the House of Representatives impeached him. 

 

The House of Representatives impeached Trump twice.
