Another Wise problem - Please forgive me!
That was my experience until 2024. Not anymore. See my post just above. My transfers are always B100,000 and up. ACH from USA. -

Here's Your War Monger, MAGAs
Is there some long game that he's playing that the majority just doesn't see? It can't simply be that he is doing Putin's bidding and creating a fog of international confusion to deflect from his eastern European disaster? Is he simply trying to gee up Denmark into contributing more to NATO? I have no doubt that there are some hard headed Americans who believe they have a god given right to invade anywhere they choose, much like the Russians who believe they are entitled to take Ukraine as their own, but they must be in the minority. Or maybe the maga proponents will enlighten us on this thread? -

Keir Starmer’s Leadership Under Fire: Poll Predicts Exit Within a Year
I think he will do a Biden and hang on until the very last minute before the next election, before quitting for an inept DEI replacement who loses catastrophically. He doesn't have the moral fibre required to accept his mistakes and resign now. Besides, he has plenty more damage he can do in the next 4 years. Too tempting for someone who loathes Britain like Starmer does. -

Another Wise problem - Please forgive me!
Been using Wise (formerly TransferWise) for 7 years. My transfers are ACH from The USA. Was always 1-3 days to receive my money here in my Thai Bank account. Then just beginning this year, transfers started taking a full week (four or five business days). Wise was prompting me to do instant verification through Plaid. I resisted for a while, but just this past week I wanted to transfer 1 million baht and it insisted I verify through Plaid. Researched Plaid and saw it's legit. Asked a friend of mine also here in Thailand and he said, yes he did the Plaid verification with Wise in 2023. So I went ahead with Plaid Instant Verification and lo and behold, my 1 million baht transfer from Wise was here in my Bangkok Bank acct in less than 24 hours...instead of six or seven full days.
