  • According to the television report the dog had been chained all it 's life, so much for "beloved pet". Plus the dog looked like it had a bad case of mange, so maybe abused as well.

The dog had been chained over a prolonged period. Dog was rightfully angry. This might've been a case of neglect, abuse.

 

Maybe the geezer got his comeuppance?

Let´s agree to disagree. In my opinion, nothing with any part of anything that can be traced to fighting dogs should be alive.
