EC chairperson Ittiporn Boonprakong unveiled Moo Deng as a symbol of democracy during a ceremony, emphasizing the importance of voter participation. Alongside the mascot, the EC showcased updates to its Smart Vote app, providing voters with easy access to candidate profiles and promoting transparency. The EC hopes Moo Deng's charm and the app’s convenience will inspire more informed and enthusiastic voter turnout.
