Not Bangkok, but not too far depending on where you're coming from, but I see Dr. Supaktra Jetsadapattarakul at Golden Jubilee Hospital in Salaya. 

 

I go every two months for callouses and toenail trims and see the doctor every other visit. It's about B700 when I see the doctor and about B500 when I don't. 

 

Custom orthotic insoles were/are about B3,000. 

 

Defiantly improved my quality of life.

In my opinion not but I can only compare with the NHS in the UK which costs nothing.  I am paying 1000 per session with the doctor which can be anything from 15 to 45 minutes.
