View Dee apartments

Has anyone stayed at the View Dee apartments in Pattaya?

 

Just watched a beautiful YouTube video of owner Brian Jack's View Dee apartments 

I'm just trying to work out academicily if there is such a word where in goodness this place actually is?

Is it near the Pattaya railway station side ?

Very cheap and beautiful if I must say myself dear Watson prices as low as 6k a month 

May I perhaps ask if it is very fat from Pattaya and transport options my dear fellows

It's on the dark side, too far for a short term tourist, best to stay Pattaya, Pratumnak or Jomtien.

 

There are other guesthouses/apartments around Pattaya that are circ 6k or less, many around 3rd road and Arunothai

Yes perhaps ,maybe it suits more long term guests as such .

Certainly looks very beautiful place and friendly, although I must say I'm not into being friendly or talkative to others .

I stayed there for over a year and it was fine as I had a car and motorbike, it was in the days before Grab, Bolt, etc.  In those days the only local transport was a baht bus along Nernplubwan to Sukhumvit, even motorbike taxis were few and far between.

It appears to be past that big C and over the busy main road

In a straight line it is 6km due East of Walking Street.

sounds and looks nice, good reviews on google as well....its close to the well known Samies Swiss/International restaurant

I've seen a couple of videos of the apts.

Basic, but good for the price.

You definitely would need a bike.

Caution: One or both of the videos there was a continuous 'rooster' noise nearby.

If you like your sleep that's not what you need.

So I guess there's a bit of "Philippines" there too

I wouldn't stay there, too basic.

 

But for old people with nothing better to do there seems to be quite a good community there, almost like an old folks home.
