Turkish tourist tied up and robbed in Pattaya; insider involvement suspected

A 36-year-old Turkish tourist, Masis Erkol, was tied up with handcuffs and cable ties and robbed at a Pattaya condominium on January 14. Assailants stole a laptop and a significant amount of cryptocurrency before fleeing. Condo security discovered the victim in distress after he sought help while still bound. Police suspect the attackers were familiar with the victim or the high-security condo. Security footage and other evidence are under investigation as authorities work to identify and apprehend the suspects.
