I guess part of the answer is how high quality do you want?
MP3 is a lossy audio format. You lose quality compared to the original. Maybe not much, but you lose quality.
If the cassette tapes are something which you won't find commercially like a private recording, then maybe it's important to you that you can hear it at all, even if the quality is not so high.
If you want high quality for both of above, that is more difficult.
If the recordings are commercially available, then it is highly likely that you can download or buy them somewhere.
According to the regulations, we only declare assessable income, which in most cases means claiming DTA benefits is accomplished by the taxpayer self-determining what is and what is not taxable by Thailand, and NOT declaring income that is exempt.
If not exempt, assessable income is declared. If over the taxpayer's TEDA, tax may be due.
In rare instances a taxpayer may need to claim benefits under their DTA where it is not clear that the income is exempt. The tax forms do not allow for this, so an in-person filing is required, potentially needing paid representation. Tax office intervention is required, with a tax officially manually adjusting the filing.
Yea...pretty similar to my experience. Just seems doing it in daylight against the solid color house wall made the difference....but I can't be 100% sure. Just glad the app finally passed me.
