you mean by staying on meds for decades, right?

 

I guess you can tweak the glucose/insulin with meds for decades, but i'm hoping to stay off meds if possible.

Read the webmd link and try to comprehend.

 

It says that through diet they may go years without trouble controlling their glucose and the health concerns that come with diabetes, but it is not a guarantee it won't come back
