Thai tax tangle: Expats warned of new rules on overseas income
The TRD approach to assessable income that is exempt for the purpose of income tax calculation under Section 42 is demonstrated in the following examples --- there are no provisions on the tax forms to declare & exempt these types of assessable income for income tax calculation: (10) Income derived from an inheritance. (15) Income of a farmer from sale of rice cultivated by the farmer and/or his family. (23) Income from sale of investment units in a mutual fund. (27) Income derived from maintenance and support or gifts from ascendants, descendants or spouse, but only for the portion not exceeding twenty million Baht throughout the tax year. Even though Royal Decree No. 18 on DTAs was promulgated in 1962, the TRD has not included any provisions for claiming exemptions or foreign tax credits in the forms for filing personal income tax returns for 64 years; this demonstrates the TRD approach. -

A very mature and intellectual reply. Well done. p.s. I suggest if you post selfies of yourself next time chose a better one. -

UK Exodus of Millionaires Highlights Concerns Over Labour’s Tax Policies
I said ‘Growing wealth inequality’ which is probably why you chose not to quote my actual post. Wealth inequality is both unavoidable and necessary, growing wealth inequality is neither unavoidable or necessary. It’s reached the point of doing harm to the living standards of the majority as the nations wealth concentrates in the hands of the hyper wealthy while the majority face decking living standards. -

I fired a date for voting for Trump
Can't say for sure. But def some 40's aged women, who as my advisors assured me, "have seen plenty of your reticent kind". At a certain point, I can see it. No worse than what I saw on Tinder. If I were going to go down that road, and I might yet, that would be my place. Specifically the one on Soi 11. Update: I Lined that Trump hag and to congratulate her on the inauguration. And laugh in her stupid redneck face some more. I mean, obviously. Apparently, she's getting the side eye at her church too. Just great. -

UK Exodus of Millionaires Highlights Concerns Over Labour’s Tax Policies
The best analogy of what I said is that if for example in 1 month last year you paid 100 pounds tax (figures directly from my HMRC mobile application) 21.60 of it went to look after people on the dole, legal aid, child benefits, immigration welfare (5* hotels) and a multitude of other free stuff 20.20 of it went to the NHS which should definitely be higher than welfare, tax in Thailand means no NHS and no other benefits for foreigners non-negotiable Pensions and national debt in the UK to be expected, also the defence expenditure wasn't as high as I expected when I checked that today at a fiver, I'd be happy to pay that. Essentially my new plan anyways when I go back to England for a visit I am not flying to Heathrow, I am going to France, grabbing a dinghy, cross the channel utilise the Coast Guard resources, hide my passport then be placed in immigration accommodation (hopefully 5*) when they catch me. I plan on escaping from there then off to see the family! -

Biden pardons Fauci, Miley and Jan 6 committee staffers!
Quite right. Never really knew about pre-emptive pardons until recently. As for false equivalence exactly where is it that I employed this misleading tactic and where can my logic be seen as logical fallacy? Maybe you could have the decency to point this out rather than just attack with word salad with phrases you more than likely don't fully grasp.- 1
