A support of a Court case to uphold the law ISNT showing support for either side  .

   Agreeing that there should be a trial to show the legality , isnt showing support for Hamas .

So, if Netanyahu visits a country that supports the rule of law, and that country turns him over to the ICC, that would OK, right?

Also, you may have missed this but Ireland, Spain, and Sweden now recognize Palestinian statehood.

   The ICJ Court case was about allegations of genocide and Countries supported the allegations being tried by a Judge , a Court case to judge whether the allegations had any merit .

   Of course Countries are going to support the rule of law being upheld .

The thing that I find incredibly alarming, and most disturbing about your post, is that you seem to be really pleased that a vile, murderous terrorist organisation, one that committed the most barbaric atrocities in modern history, is still in power in Gaza.

 

There was an early clue to your position, when you couldn’t bring yourself to call Hamas a terrorist organisation, but had to call it a “US designated terrorist group”  ……  quite sickening to be honest.

Israel wasn't found to be guilty of war crimes .

The only people to commit war crimes was Hamas .

No one said he was. But he is under indictment. And if he ventures into most countries in Western Europe, according to law, he should be remanded into the custody of the ICC. I'm sure you wouldn't support any signatory to the treaty authorizing the ICC refusing to remand Netanyahu and others into the ICC's custody.

   No Western european Country is going to arrest Netanyahu and as I am from the UK, Europe doesn't tell us what to do .

   Its unbelievably sickening that Israel are the victims of constant war crimes  , but its enemies are trying to get Israel on trial for war crimes .

   Hamas caused 40 000 + deaths , destroyed many millions of peoples lives in Gaza, destroying their homes  , disrupting kids education and rendering them a lost generation with no schooling and no secure family homes .

What do they gain from that? Does that bring them happiness and prosperity?

 

It’s hard for us to grasp how such barbaric minds operate. They aren’t humane. They cannot be reasoned with. The only viable solution is to continue destroying them, there’s simply no other way to deal with them.

Agree. Negotiating for peace is fruitless. This why I keep saying Israel needs to finish the job.
