One Should Not Be Forced To Draw The Curtains 24/7 In Order To Have Normal/Regular Privacy

Perhaps better suggestions could be in replies if we could see the camera location to your property. 
I installed 1.5m high, 1" insulated white roof sheets over 10 meter wall with one side neighbor for noise (especially water pump noise), security, flying trash and blocking eye site. Total height of 3.5m.

In fact hallway is a common area as you know. No problem with that cam.

But I am sure some neighbors would complain when I see exactly when they come and go, visitors, maybe what they carry, etc.

My point is, it is almost impossible to have cameras which show what is in front of one unit/house and not show as well what happens nearby.
