Allegations Against the Biden Family: A Web of Accusations and Controversy

There are certain points in this article that should be addressed:

"One of the most contentious allegations involves Hunter Biden’s attempted deal in 2017 with CEFC, China’s largest private energy company. An email retrieved from Hunter’s discarded laptop allegedly referenced “the big guy” receiving a 10% stake, a term Hunter’s former business associate Tony Bobulinski claimed referred to Joe Biden. While Hunter testified that the suggestion was made without his father’s knowledge and did not materialize, Comer’s investigation has identified $8 million in payments from Chinese sources to Biden family members and associates. "

The email may have referenced "the big guy" receiving a 10% stake, but this is misleading. It was formulated as a question "10% for the big guy?" And as later text shows, Hunter Biden said he broached the subject with his father and was given an "emphatic no."  And who knows if he ever raised the issue of a deal at all with his father? After all, Devon Archer said H. Biden told him that he would lie about the influence he had with his father In order to impress people.  In addition, this occurred when Biden was no longer the VP. So even if he did profit from the deal, which he didn't, what would have been the crime?

“In Russia, a 2014 payment of $3.5 million from Elena Baturina, then Russia’s richest woman, to Hunter Biden’s business partner Devon Archer has drawn attention. Republicans allege that a subsequent dinner involving Baturina, Hunter, Joe Biden, and Archer suggests a possible quid pro quo. They point to the fact that Baturina was not subjected to U.S. sanctions as evidence of potential favoritism.”

It wasn’t noted that. Elena Baturina may once have been Russia's wealthiest woman, but when she did the deal with Archer, she had moved to the UK and was living there since 2010. And that's because she was on the outs with Putin and Co. Not only was she not a crony of Putin's, but, in fact, Russia had a warrant out for her arrest. The sanctions applied only to those who were considered to be associates of Putin.

“Hunter Biden’s involvement with the Ukrainian gas company Burisma has also been a focal point. Appointed to Burisma’s board in 2014, he earned an annual salary of $1 million during a period when Joe Biden, as vice president, was overseeing U.S. relations with Ukraine. While Republicans argue Hunter’s role was tied to his father’s influence, Biden has maintained that his actions regarding Ukraine were aligned with international consensus, including the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.”

It isn't just Biden's claim that his actions were aligned with International consensus, It’s a fact.  As the source article in The Times notes:

"Republicans allege that the position was not a real job and the appointment was a reward for his father’s pressure on the Ukrainian government to fire Viktor Shokin as prosecutor-general — though the removal of Shokin, who was accused of failing to pursue politicians for corruption, was also favoured by the European Union and the International Monetary Fund."

In addition, Devon Archer specifically testified he was told by the people at Burisma that Shokin was in cahoots with Burisma and that his firing was a bad thing for them. He also testified that Hunter Biden told him that he lied to the management of Burisma by claiming he had influence over his father's decisions.

  • How were these gangsters ever allowed to run the US?   Good riddance to this crime family and their pre emptive pardons.

  • Very different. Years of investigation by Congress hasn't come up with any wrongdoings from Joe biden, trump has been convicted.

Instead, he just piqued the curiosity of even more Americans.  On his way to going into the history books as the most corrupt, worst president ever when it all comes out.  Most of it is already out in the Hur Report and the House Report on the Biden Crime Family.  With the receipts in both reports.

Or, he could be setting up the Trump administration. Now that potential witnesses no longer have any legal reason for invoking the 5th Amendment, what's stopping the Trump administration from prosecuting Biden. Apart from the fact that  time after time alleged evidence against him has been exploded by the facts.

Was it my imagination or did Donald give plum jobs to his kids and their spouses during his first term?

(And also pardon his criminal associates).

In fact, it's a total lie that Jared Kushner was an official government advisor to President Trump with special responsiblity for the Mideast. It's also a total lie that Kushner helped to resolve the conflict between Saudia Arabia and Qatar and that subsequently Qatar took part in a sweetheart bailout of a Kushner family disastrous investment made by Jared himself.  Come to think of it, actually, it's the truth.

So you think Biden pardoned them over 'nothing'

He pardoned them because a certain President-in-waiting called for investigations and criminal prosecutions. The same President who castigated his previous Attorneys General for not knuckling under to his unjustified demands.

The Biden investigation is far from over and Trump was convicted (and likely will be exonerated on appeal) for minor accounting missteps that did not make him millions of dollars.

For what it's worth, The Trump organization was prosecuted on 17 felony counts. But it was only convicted for 17 of them.

Trump Organization sentenced to pay $1.6M for felony convictions

There should be a broad investigation into the Democrats financial gains the past 4 years.

Especially Nancy Pelosi and extended members of the Biden family.

These claims have gained significant attention, particularly in the wake of Donald Trump’s suggestion that his predecessor could face investigations.

I think you can bet on it.

There is nothing to see here and the republicans know it. But they'll never admit to that, they'll just let it hang oover the democrats.

Yes. unlike the 2 previous Attorneys General under Trump, who on a few occasions showed some spine, Kash Patel can be counted on to do Trump's bidding no matter how illicit his commands might be.

More baseless MAGA claims. Each and every transaction by Pelosi is filed and made public. It's completely  transparent. It's the same for other congressmen.

illicit

What is illicit..? Biden and his doj persecutiing their political opponents? Bidens lawfare targeted people, illegally , not crimes. And that's why he failed and now Pam bondi and Kash Patel are going to be rule of law based in the real sense and hold bidens corrupt team accountable. expect it and watch the real criminals be held to account. Vindman is another good example of a treasonous traitor who will be on the inside of a federal lockup soon and maybe have his trial held in the new courthouse being built at Guantamo. Leader Trump will root out and destroy the culprits of lawfare who imposed illegal and unconstitutional persecution of Americans. expect it, Kash Patel is a VERY dangerous element if you have run a foul of the law. it's real and it's going to happen soon. Epstein files too... it's release will rock America and all the pedophiles hiding like cockroachs. Trump's in power, in command and nothing will stop him. Just ask the donkey tough guy from Colombia.

The Inspector General of the Justice Dept conducted an extensive review of the Justice Dept. investigation of Donald Trump. He found no evidence of persecution. William Barr, the Attorney General and his special prosecutor, John Durham both publicly disagreed with that finding. John Durham conducted his own 4 year investigation to determine whether or not there had been such a persecution. He was considerably aided by William Barr who had weekly meetings with Durham. Not just that, Barr even accompanied Durham to Europe to help him get information. Despite which, Durham came up with nothing. He developed evidence for 2 cases in which he accused not the FBI but certain parties of lying to the FBI. Both cases ended in acquittals. The only case he won was based on evidence developed by the Inspector General and that one ended in a misdemeanor conviction.

Manafort, Stone, and Flynn were all convicted during the Trump administration.

Now you are being deliberately obtuse because it's the way this hush money payment was treated, because in doing so trump falsified business records to hide the payments and falsifying business records is illegal and an offence.

Read again: – the charge was that Trump worked to falsify and illegally categorise reimbursements to his lawyer to cover up the payment.

34 times? Hardly likely. Karma's a Bi*#h :whistling:

Bidens new den for mentally challenged / convicted felons could be a fed supermax, like ADX Florence. He might have his trial held in the new court house under construction in Guantanamo.
