Leavitt: Too big for her britches...with only 27 short years of questionable wisdom?

Dear Folks,

Do you, also, find Leavitt a bit unsettling.

She came on at her first press briefing asking:

"How are we doing?"

Sounded to me like a nurse speaking to a patient in the ICU.

Does she lack the humility, due to lack of experience being alive among the living with real people, that this job might require?

The best word one might come up with to describe her placement in her present position, and her, might be...OUTLANDISH.

Something is off-key, maybe.

Will she be completely tone-deaf, just due to her lack of time on Earth?

In addition to the word, outlandish, what about the phrase "out of touch with reality"?

Who chose her for this position?

Is she is a child, playing with grownups....

How much longer can this charade last, do you imagine, before reality sets in, and we see her for what she is, just meaning her missing years?

Something seems tinny and unreal.

Maybe it is she.

Just wondering if anyone else might get the same vibes....

Regards,

Gamma

The vibe that I get is that we finally have someone who's competent in an important job.  Nobody's going to give her a pass out of fear of being labeled a racist.

And lefty heads will be 'sploding for 4 years.  Maybe 12 if Vance keeps her on.

I predict that she will not last.

And, I believe that Vance will choose someone quite different.

Although, ..... It's possible that she might grow up and grow into her job.

We'll see.  I predict there will be a huge effort to sabotage her.  Whether that will succeed is anyone's guess.

We do NOT like to see her or anyone sabotaged, for sure.

She is just too young.

And, she lacks necessary wisdom and poise due to her tender age.

By the end of Trump's term, she will be 31 and will have gained what she lacks at the moment.

Maybe she is suffering from the dreaded Impostor Syndrome?

The only reason she is there because Trump believes he can do her.

She is arrogant and very nervous at the same time.

Why chose a younger one when there are plenty of other MAGA females? Who are also a little crazy and stupid but with more experience? A few will be jealous and looking for oppertunities to get her out of there.Yes right, you got it!

If any one believes this whole shxtshow will last then you will be in for a big surprise.

The "winning"will soon turn into whining.

EXACTLY the words that I was looking for, which best describe Shirley, at this time in her young life.

ARROGANT AND NERVOUS, to a T.....!!!!

This is why I cannot stand her.

I believe that Trump chose her because she is less competent, and so that Trump, himself, can do most of the Talking.

I am sure of it.

She beats the hell out of KJP and Psaki, both of whom came across as surly at best.  Like the rest of Trump's cabinet, she'll be gone within two years.

I don't disagree.  If she's doing too well, some lefty billionaire's proxy will make her a job offer she can't refuse. Just to get her off that podium.

In the meantime, she's smart enough that she's got a whole team going over the game tapes and coaching her to smooth out the rough edges.  She'll grow into it.  KJP and Psaki never did.

No one will throw her a hard question and get blamed for making her cry.

Odds are much better that she'd make them cry.

People that championed KJP and Bidens totally scripted and choreographed "press conferences" , now sounding alarms because proper Q and As are back, and democrat conspiracy theories are getting blown out the water like Somali pirates?

Would you prefer she had a list of Qs pre-arranged with tame media like your democrats did? Which is more democratic. Seriously guys😅

No, but I would prefer that she quickly grow up and grow into her job.

As I say, maybe she is just suffering temporary Impostor Syndrome.

Underneath the veneer, she may be quaking in her boots, and maybe she will calm down.

My step daughter is the same age. She’s as smart & beautiful, unfortunately , she’s not a Citizen .

Ms Leavitt certainly has what it takes to

demoralize the Washington Press Corp , who by majority are progressive activists pretending to be journalists.

Hopefully those 400 that were once banned from participating in the press briefing's in the last administration will make it more transparent.

You are completely correct that the women who are trying to be WH reporters are not journalists but rather activists.

This is why they keep talking way past the point that they have coughed up one of their questions.

They are not there to collect information, but rather to spew their agenda all over everyone, including the hapless real reporters that are attending in order to do their important work.

They do not think before they open their mouths to vomit forth their garbage like the parrots they are.

Whatever happened to asking good questions?

Do they mistakenly believe they are there for a debate?

If they want a debate, why not organize a debate?
