Actually, the amount of fentanyl and other drugs being produced IN Canada and smuggled to the US is at an all time high. In the past couple months there have been huge drug busts in British Columbia, including the largest fentanyl lab ever found in the country. 54 kg of fentanyl, mountains of precursor chemicals, 390kg of meth, 35b kg of coke, 94 firearms... The slack approach to drugs by the Trudeau government is a genuine concern.

I read a couple of articles about this bust and there's just a tiny  little problem with  your characterization of it: nowhere did I find any claim that this fentanyl was being exported to the USA. I did find this though:

"Fentanyl is a main ingredient in much of the toxic illicit drugs that have killed nearly 48,000 people across Canada between January 2016 and March 2024, according to the Canadian government."

If you're expecting the MSM to report anything Biden did wrong, or Trump is doing right, you're going to have to look a lot harder.  Or wait a lot longer until the truth gets so much traction in the alternative news sites that the MSM is forced, kicking and screaming, to publish a watered down version.

This story was about a drug bust in Canada. No reference made to the USA. Much less to Trump  Canada has its own domestic market for fentanyl. Spare us your paranoia.  Looks like you're suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome.

I think you missed the point.  That story was about a drug bust in Canada.  But you won't read about the rest of what's going on if you're only looking at mainstream media.  And you don't know what you don't know.

remember Dominion voting machines....that was expensive.

I recall a Georgia trial where a guy proved that they're hackable with a BIC pen and a $5 USB chip. He did it in the courtroom.  In person and in front of the world.

But I'm sure the settlement between Fox and Dominion didn't allow Fox to seek a refund when the truth came out.  That's the nature of settling instead of pursuing it to the end.

Fox was sued on a lot more grounds than that..

Not quite!!! He would have needed unobserved, unfettered access to a machine, a smart card that had to be pre-programmed and there would have to be a total absence of security protocols and no audit checks the whole time.

It was a purely theoretical exercise..... a bit like someone claiming a safe is safe.....then draughting in an a world renowned safe cracker to show it "wasn't safe"......safe to say.

Maybe, but the vulnerability of the machines was the big enchilada in the Dominion vs Fox lawsuit.  And that one was thoroughly debunked, live in a Georgia court.  Give Musk and DOGE a few weeks and they'll probably prove the rest of Dominions claims to be false.

Like the Twitter files proved so much of the MSM narrative to be false.  But you won't find that in the MSM, either...

2025 is going to be a wild ride...

I guess you also missed the story about the guy who bought one on Ebay and returned it to the state that didn't even know it was missing.  If he could buy one on Ebay, (and the state didn't even miss it) what do you figure are the chances that a nefarious entity has one in a warehouse that they're working on in the total absence of security protocols and no audit checks the whole time.

Utterly false. The big enchilada were the lies propagated by Giuliani. Such as that Dominion was founded to fix elections for Hugo Chavez.

Stolen by a MAGA fan to sow doubt as to the US election result .......a one off.....hardly enough to "add" an extra 8 million votes.

I think Canada should remove all U.S. flags at sporting events and refuse to play the U.S. anthem UNLESS and UNTIL the madman president trump officially reverses his intention to annex Canada. Or if they can't do that, BOO louder and louder. I wouldn't demand an apology because he has never apologized for anything.  Also, Canadians should as much as possible boycott American products for the same reason.

Yes, that would be the childish and petulant thing to do. All performance and no meaning. A very typical lefty response to any problem.

It is rather ridiculous to think about booing at hockey games, when teams based in the US are composed of players mostly from Canada and Europe.
