Correction: It is Bloomberg Businessweek and not Newsweek. Last year it was changed from being issued weekly to monthly. This is misleading since it is no longer a weekly publication.
He has said repeatedly that Canada should be the 51st state. Here's just one instance:

He claimed that without the "massive subsidy" Canada "ceases to exist as a viable country".
He added: "Therefore, Canada should become our Cherished 51st State. Much lower taxes, and far better military protection for the people of Canada - AND NO TARIFFS!"

No. But you can find one if it makes you feel better. Myself and many around the country, especially including Samui and the surrounding islands, can recount you hundreds of shocking experiences all the way back from the 90's. The fact that you don't know about it, tells you how much is supressed.
