After hearing about the American who lost 15mill in property at Hua Hin, I have since read about the Colin Vade case. An Irish man who lost 65million. He had a lease agreement and allegedly someone forged signatures and sold his properties. 

 

Why did he end up in prison. What is the history of this case of the dodgy deal in Phuket

 

Its sad to see his daughter looking so depressed. Is Colin out of prison now?
