Online TM30 for family home , unable to register online

My wife has tried twice to register our house  for online TM30   ,, but keeps being asked for business  details ??

She has provided our marriage certs her  house book , ID card and proof of ownership , but they wont register her so we can  do TM30 online ,,, Going to the local office is not easy as it over 100kms away ...

 

This is a family home she has owned outright with Chanut for 18 years   and where I  plan to stay in future for holidays only  as i no longer  want long term stays  in Thailand  such as retirement etc ,,,

Just to be clear....if you are just visiting for future holidays what interaction would you have with immigration.

Try and register yourself.

using your email address.

Then up load her details. to get the address approved.

Perhaps your wife clicked the wrong box. There is the choice between registering one's private dwelling or registering a business like a hotel or guest house.
