Help finding an apartment

Does anyone happen to know of a falang friendly landlord or perhaps a rental agency in Nakhon Pathom, inexpensive and handy with the TM 30.

Plenty of online listing sites. The rental agent does not have the papers to file a TM30, only the owner can do that. Make sure it is in the lease. You can file for yourself, but you should still have a copy of the owners ID and blue book.

Might be easier to go through an apartment building that rents out to a few foreigners, one where you rent from the building owners and they have an office on the ground floor to help with admin.
