Is it just me or does anyone find it a bit strange we never really see images of the hell of the war ?

With most wars you see awful images, videos, the fighting .... with this one, other than the odd drone incident, i rarely see anything.

Maybe there is footage out there, but definately not mainstream. Where is the action videos ?

Telegram. Lots of footage.

Then why the massive popularity of war and holocaust movies?

People know they are watching a movie, and they know that, and how it’s going to end.

How many Germans do you think like Holocaust movies?

Its just you.

The Reddit "UkraineWarVideoReport" is the place to go to see FPV drone footage, headcam combat, Russian soldiers being picked off one by one, Bradley-T80 engagements, executions, rotted corpses, roads of death, all of that, far stronger than in previous wars, if you are looking for that. Even some of Russian soldiers swinging around decapitated heads, if that's your thing.

NATO didn't 'endlessly push east'.

After the Soviet empire collapsed all the eastern European countries that had been under Russian rule applied to join NATO and the EU.

They wanted the same rights as the West, national sovereignty and democratic rule

Putin realised if Ukraine followed suit, as they wished to, then his own autocratic rule could come under threat as Russians demanded similar freedoms.

The dictator is scared of losing power.

Not much of a dictator if he fears the mob. They wouldn't complain under Stalin. Stalin, Mao and Hitler were real dictators- Putin doesn't even come close.

I honestly think Europe will have to get troops going real soon ....   they cannot just sit back and do nothing but talk.

They're incapable of sustaining a ground war against Russia.  To think otherwise is pure fantasy and delusion.

While I would have agreed with you in years ago,   things are different now with warfare technologies and hardware,  it's not the same as before and the playing field favors those who spent the most money on drones, air defences, fighter jets,  missiles  etc .....

For Europe to sit back and just talk talk talk  and do nothing is also delusional.
