Great, is it a fact the products from iHerb are made in the USA or at least to USA standards?

Yes I do know that iHerb exists, but my post was about WHY Thailand severely restricts the local sale of Melatonin (it appears that, from other posters, even some online suppliers will not handle it to Thailand )

The "drug" I take is a "party drug" sometimes, it is available at every street corner shop in Thailand,  it is called "a load of beer". 😄

Agreed, but after 60 years (not counting childhood) I've enjoyed copious volumes af the amber fluid, but now the quacks have warned me off ANY alcohol on the fear of death (heart, liver etc, the usual suspects ).

 

I'm just weighing up, at 75, is it worth the depravation for (possibly ) a couple more years alive ~ but not "living" !!

That is what I think about sometimes. (69 this year).

 

But then again we never know what is going to happen, if we just suddenly die a couple of years earlier but have had a good time up to then, no problem, but if boozing causes us to have a few years of illness and a very poor quality of life that is another thing.

 

I will think about it tonight as I "sup" a few beers. 😃

Usually walk in pharmacy are expensive for vitamins although that particular chain might be different. My pharmacy has great prices on meds, but not vitamins probably low volume.

Try southeast in nana  next to Thermae I use them the prices are good and they have everything you could need

On both Lazada and Shopee there is a lot of illegal and adulterated herbal medicines (manufactured illegally in China, Myanmar, Cambodia, in the Golden Triangle region).

My main question is:

Why do you need supplements??

With regular quality food you don't need any.

But many people trust Google aso more than a high educated certified licensed DOC.

So this opens the door for side effects which could lead to severe problems.

For myself, I don't eat enough to get all the balance nutrition that I should.  Or another way, wouldn't burn off the amount of calories needed to get all the nutrients needed.   A couple supplement fill the gaps, and my body notices the difference.  

 

I probably consume 25% of the food I use to eat when more active and working & playing due to less physical activity.   

 

Any extra from supplements is expelled, and caution should be used if taking fat soluble vitamins & minerals.  I even cut taking them a couple days a week to ensure I'm not taking, storing any excess that may have a negative effect.

I take supplements and astaxanithin 12 mg for the last 15 years. Found astaxanithin at Lazada thats never been and issue with quality price was comparable to USA except Costco. Seeing a lot more Kirklands brands here Lazada and been buying those large bottles as well. So far good expiry dates and quality. You can get decent supplements here but as others state the prices are usually a bit higher..y

There are a lot of fake supplements  on lazada, you can find quite more cheap and trustable products on iherb.
