Because I didn't post an anonymous source, but an editorial from a Russian news agency linked to the Kremlin, released prematurely and then removed hastily. This tells me that it is accepted Kremlin policy or it would not have been allowed to have been released in the first instance.

One wonders if the Supreme Court now regrets absolving him from prosecution for any decisions whilst in power.
