The Weekender Hotel ceased to exist about 2 years ago.

It was taken over by the Sabai group and refurbished now called the Sabai resort.

The rooms are somewhat more expensive these days than the Weekender used to be.

Many thanks for that no wonder I was having problems with contact. My parents enjoy this hotel especially my mother who can go shopping while the old man is a sleep. I noticed it was being renovated at the back but didn't realise it had been taken over.
