Trying to register with true money site.

Retirement visa.

Can't get anywhere with it.

They did lket me put money in my wallet though 🤦‍♂️

Anyone knows how to retrieve it?

Or...anyway I can talk to a real person not some chatbot to explain the problem?

I was able to register following the current directions at the time.

 

I am not employed here, am on an ext stay/ret.

 

Difficult to troubleshoot remotely without many more details.

Maybe you could use "Retired" for the name of the employer?

Of course you can install, try again, i use the app most days

I'm retired and installed the app with no problem. It's very handy and I use it to pay for many things....7-11, food courts, etc.

Update....I can. use it for groceries etc

Still cannot use it for Lazada or AliExpress .

 

Visited a true shop for enquiries..

I was told it takes 3 days to ...... couldn't make out the rest of what she said.😄
