RFK Jr. Cautions Against Vaccinating Poultry Amid Bird Flu Concerns

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has raised concerns about vaccinating poultry, warning that it could worsen the ongoing avian flu outbreak that has severely impacted American farmers and driven egg prices to record highs.

In a recent interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, Kennedy expressed his apprehension about using vaccines on chickens, arguing that if the vaccine does not provide complete immunity, it could accelerate the mutation of the virus and increase the likelihood of it spreading to humans.

“All of my agencies advise against vaccination of birds, because if you vaccinate with a leaky vaccine, in other words a vaccine that does not provide sterilizing immunity, that does not absolutely protect against the disease, you turn those flocks into mutation factories,” Kennedy stated in the interview aired Tuesday. “It’s much more likely to jump to animals if you do that.”

Kennedy cited warnings from major health institutions, stating, “The National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration have all said we should not be vaccinating. It’s dangerous for human beings to vaccinate the birds.”

His remarks come in response to a recent announcement by Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins, who revealed that the U.S. Department of Agriculture will allocate $100 million toward vaccine research as part of a broader $1 billion initiative to combat the effects of bird flu.

Rollins criticized the previous administration’s handling of the crisis, saying, “The Biden administration did little to address the repeated outbreaks and high egg prices that followed. By contrast, the Trump administration is taking the issue seriously.” She added, “American farmers need relief, and American consumers need affordable food. To every family struggling to buy eggs: We hear you, we’re fighting for you, and help is on the way.”

Typically, when a poultry flock becomes infected with bird flu, farmers resort to culling the birds to prevent the spread of the disease. This practice has led to significant egg shortages and soaring prices, with the Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting the average cost of a dozen eggs reaching a record $4.95 last month.

Kennedy questioned this approach, advocating for alternative strategies. “Most of our scientists are against the culling operation,” he stated. “They think that we should be testing therapeutics on those flocks. They should isolate. You should let the disease go with them and identify the birds that survive, which are the birds that probably have a genetic inclination for immunity.” He further argued, “And those should be the birds that we breed, like the wild population.”

Highlighting the consequences of mass culling, Kennedy pointed out, “We’ve killed 166 million chickens. That’s why we have an egg crisis.” He also reassured consumers that bird flu is not transmissible through eggs or food.

Beyond the bird flu crisis, Kennedy also addressed the ongoing measles outbreak in Texas, where 223 cases have been confirmed since late January, resulting in 29 hospitalizations and the death of one child.

Kennedy, who spoke with the child’s family, attributed the outbreak to both unvaccinated populations and the limitations of the measles vaccine itself. “We had 16 measles outbreaks last year, some years we have hundreds of outbreaks. We have measles outbreaks every year and, you know, part of that is that, there are people that don’t vaccinate, but also the vaccine itself wanes,” he said.

He explained that while the measles vaccine is effective for some individuals, its effectiveness can diminish over time, particularly affecting the elderly. “It used to be when you and I were kids, everybody got measles and measles gave you a lifetime protection against measles – the vaccine doesn’t do that,” Kennedy remarked. “The vaccine is effective for some people for life, but in many people, it wanes.”

Additionally, he raised concerns about the vaccine’s ability to provide maternal immunity. “It does not appear to provide maternal immunity,” Kennedy stated, suggesting that unvaccinated breastfeeding infants may not receive passive protection from their vaccinated mothers. “So you’re now seeing measles hit very, very young kids and hitting older people within whom the vaccine has waned,” he added. “And that is something that we need to worry about and that we’re looking at at HHS.”

Despite his concerns about the vaccine's limitations, Kennedy emphasized that HHS is actively addressing the outbreak, supplying measles vaccines and vitamin A to affected areas in Texas. He also encouraged vaccination efforts, stating, “What we need to do is give [people] the best information and encourage them to vaccinate. The vaccine does stop the spread of the disease.”

That's basically chicken that have been bred for big tits.

Is it ghosts whats doing it?

Not ghosts Sir.

Measles is a set of symptoms. Often occurring in younger people (as in children). Generally brought on by a deficiency of some kind or toxicity.

Nonsense, it is a viral infection, easily avoided with vaccination.

It is not a viral infection Sir. nor is it infectious.

Prior to the roll-out of the measles jab in the US it was considered to be a relatively minor complaint.

Should look at what the Big Pharma pimps are doing to the children. It's a sad state of affairs when people believe the white-coats are there to somehow protect them. And their children.

Measles? It is a virus and highly infectious. Stop spreading Kremlin lies.

You are simply parroting the Big Pharma, MSM explanations. Go on - without googling it - what is measles?

The measles virus has never been isolated. Dr Enders (1950s white-coat) was the first to come up with the idea that it was a virus. But he never isolated it. Just grew it in his lab. Strangely though; the control showed the same result. Virologists have been doing the same ever since; but without the control.

Dr Stephan Lanker won his court case about it. Go take a look; why don't you.

You state that is highly infectious. Where is the evidence for that? Have a gander at the research of Dr Daniel Roytas. He has written about 200 medial trials, where the essential aim was to infect healthy people from sick people; by various methods.

Look at the science Sir; not the MSM.

I remember when HIV symptoms  (back when it was called AIDS) was attributed to the gay lifestyle. Actually, Kennedy was one of those people making the claim.

1.1 The structure and biology of measles virus

Measles virus is a paramyxovirus belonging to the genus Morbillivirus. It is a pleomorphic virus ranging in diameter from 100 to 300 nm. Within the morbilliviruses, measles is most closely related to the rinderpest virus group, and more distantly related to the canine distemper virus group [1]. Two envelope glycoproteins are important in pathogenesis. These are the F (fusion) protein, which is responsible for fusion of virus and host cell membranes, viral penetration, and haemolysis, and the H (haemagglutinin) protein, which is responsible for binding of virus to cells. The measles genome consists of six genes, each encoding a single structural protein. One of these genes, the phosphoprotein (P) gene, also encodes two non-structural proteins (V and C). Refer to Figure 1.1 Structure of measles virus.

AIDS is a big story. A massive fraud IMO. Too complicated for this thread (and off topic). But open one on AIDS in 'off the beaten track' and I;ll tell you why it was so.

Monumental Hogwash Sir.

It has never been isolated. And never been shown to cause the symptoms known as measles.

I'm sure that the 80 percent of people that I knew in my 20's that died young would be glad to hear it was all a fraud.

Even if you make your claim 3 times, that won't make it true. Sure. It's an elaborate hoax participated in by hundreds if not thousands of virologists.

I'm responding to posts. You don't agree with me; so be it.

Virology itself is a fraud. Hope RFK sorts them all out. They are just perpetrating myths that keep people sick.

There is no way of getting through to a massive denialist like Stiddle Mump. For example you can offer facts about life before and after the polio vaccine and he'll just claim it wasn't the polio vaccine that caused these illnesses and it wasn't the reason why their incidence so abruptly fell.

People like him believe that somehow virology and epidemiology are built on a false apparatus the doctrine of which is promoted by what must be tens of thousands of conspiracists who went into this line of work just to foster a lie.

I'm no denialist Mr Placeholder. I look at evidence. Evidence leads to facts. Facts lead to the truth.

All your comments revolve around a theory. The 'Germ Theory'. One that I don't accept as being in the least scientific.

Fortunately, the doctors and chemists do accept the Germ Theory and continue to develop vaccines and antibiotics that save many lives.
