Why?

No idea. With apologies to any Romanian readers I have little interest in their domestic politics.

I suggest that you research the matter if you are that interested.

Democracy in europe means voting until you get the outcome the eu (unelected heads) want.

The globalists grip on the US is slipping , but they hold a strong grip on a fragmented europe with each country having 10's of parties that make a pact to exclude some.

You can guess which ones are excluded.

The EU did not negate the results of the Romanian election. That is not a matter of opinion. It is a matter of fact.

You should stop posting misinformation.

Thats why I am asking what part of that analysis was wrong. Especially this:

"Leaders in the European Union have been cheering on the blatant destruction of Romania’s democratic process. An Austrian MP openly celebrated Georgescu’s police detainment and is confident that “other countries will follow” in persecuting public figures who speak out against the EU’s Orwellian laws and regulations. Meanwhile, Romanian authorities and the European Commission have been meeting with NGOs to restrict and censor “illegal” content on online platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok ahead of Romania’s re-run election in May."

Again, no idea.

The linked article talks about 3 domestic issues in Romania, Germany and the UK - which I repeat is NOT an EU member state - and makes only passing reference to the EU.

The linked article is tangential to the headline of this thread, 'The EU Is Authoritarian and Hates Democracy', and certainly does not offer much in the way of evidence to support your contention.

The NSAFD is a bunch of Fascists and criminals and soon get dissolved by the German Constitutional Court. With more than a smile on my face I donated some hundred Euros to an Organization of truly Democrats to push this forward.

Do I really need to explain the difference between 'cheering on' and 'direct involvement'?
