The problem with that logic is that many Americans are leaving the USA because they can't stand what Trump is doing. It's those who are the good guys, not the ones that stay ignorant in the USA and would not be affected by any visa ban.

What was the US doing in Asia? Fighting wars, killing civilians in countries far far away? For what reason? Let me guess, to establish democracy?

Who gave the US permission to kill millions of innocent people in farcaway countries because of a arms race between the US and the Soviets.

Well in some parts, it is worse than 3rd world.  No denying that.  The violence and poverty is shocking, frightening and   worse than what existed  100+years ago. Examples are parts of West Virginia, Kentucky, Louisiana and Mississippi.
