How about the best then?

When asking silly questions this is what you get. Coolness is subjective. Without specifying what you’d consider cool you’ll a lot of useless responses. Like “which women are the best?”  Get it?

Robin Hood pub. There’s three other pubs on the same street, but Robin Hood prints out the daily mail every day to read, and they have a great meet up every Sunday night at 7:30.

Great 199 baht lunch specials, but the other three places are also offering super lunch deals too.

Robin Hood pub is the first one on the corner of the block, so I go there instead of the others 95% of the time.

Personal choice but I find the Robin Hood a bit depressing. It's got a lot going for it - it feels like a real pub, just has no atmosphere.

My standards for what's cool have changed over the years.  Ive gotten to the point now where I've given up alcohol and nightlife but a few years ago I was enjoying some of the more loungey places where you can get bottle service and a table for your party.  335, Rabbit Hole, and Iron Balls used to be good for that.  Before COVID when I was more into the House scene 12x12 was a great spot followed up by T-Rex at 2 or 3 am.

Depends what you're looking for.  There's something for everyone here.  Thats the great thing about BK.

I see you have Emojinauts too. Did you know they all get together to coordinate?  They have a mole that told me about it.

That whole neighborhood from Taksin on upriver to Talat Noi is totally cool. They used to have a real Food Court in Bang Rak, then they touristed it and ruined it. There was a lady there in a stall called Bukhao who made the best Pad Krapow Moo ever.

As much as it would fup the ambiance, a Riverwalk from Taksin up to even Phra Sumen Fort would be cool. There is a nice one on the other side that runs in the area of Wat Prayun, I cant remember if it goes all the way through to Wat Arun.

I love the River area. I wish there were hookers and go go bars to make the area complete.

How can anybody know the "persuasions" if any, of the poster of an emoji?

I don´t drink but I went earlier this year with 2 people who do.  One of their cocktails is $40+ and draft beer was $20.

Plus, the place is jammed with people very uncomfortable I guess it is great if you like a Hangover movie lookie lou spot.

Agree above 11 is the rooftop bar I go to had a great NYE there a few years back

I would gladly leave you 100 of each, sad and confused emojis on every one of your posts, but the system won't let me. What a pity isn't it? Meanwhile, I'm neither a lefty or a righty. I use both hands. Don't you? Or maybe you can't even reach over your abdominal distention? At least maybe can you explain to us what your obsession is with basements?

I agree with you and wonder why it has a need to get involved/insert itself  into an exchange of comments/posts between two posters which have nothing to do with him!

It's worn in a bit, I remember when it first opened I hated the place. The exact opposite of what I thought a Bangkok bar should be, my places were Jools, the Bus Stop, the Madrid and the Crown Royal. Like I say the place has improved with age while Jools and the Madrid are no longer.
