Sorry, this is and old and tired topic. I have read the instructions about the steps to be followed before filling in the 90 day form. They are quite clear. When attempting to access the 90 day form website via the promised link .There is no link. There are instructions how to fill in the soon to come online arrival card and some other stuff but no link to the actual 90 day online form itself.  Would someone please assist by telling me how to find the damned form

Have you done the first step and registered for the 90 days online Report?

I don't think this online reporting is working. I did an application a week ago. I've been logging in and checking several times a day, and it just sits there as pending. I looks like it's not even monotored by immigration.

Did the online 90 day reporting a few days ago, received the Approval today.

Ditto. Did mine online April 7 approved April 9 (CW)

Still in shock... That's two successful back to back.

@john smith use the link @Upnotover posted. When page opens at  bottom you will see "register"

Do that and fill in the required fields.

Have you done a TM47 in person previously?

Immigration has been closed most of those days due to weekends and holidays.

I did mine the week before Songkran.

Filled out the application on Monday, checked every day.

On Friday AM still pending, approved Friday afternoon.

So they do update often.

The system is working.  Filed online the 16th although rejected the 17th.  No reason given for the rejection although the rejection email said I needed to go to Immigration "immediately."  I'm guessing the rejection is because I re-entered the country at the end of January and they are requiring the first application to be done in person after re-entering the country.  No problem, my "immediately" will be handled via the CM drive-through window in a few days.

That would be the case.  If you leave Thailand and return, the next 90 day report cannot be made using the online system.

When I received my new passport in March 2024, I did the report at Immigration when I had the stamps transferred from my old passport.  I did my next and subsequent online 90 day reports with no problems. I received my latest approval just before Songkran.

I would guess that it might be due to the fact that the offices have been closed for three days last week due to Songkran.

90 day online not been working for ages for me.

A shame as it is a good idea in theory if it actually worked.

Works perfectly for me.  Less than two minutes.  Log in enter password number and Nationality. Press the auto fill button and accept T&c's.  All done!

Often 90 report threads have these type of posts.

Not helpful imo.

We all know how to fill in the form and also the autofill using magnifying glass after first couple of fields entered.

Fact remains that it's problematic for many. Through no fault of their own.

To make matters worse when folk report to immigration they never receive explanation for rejection.

My personal experience same.

Thank you to those who offered advice. I shall wait until after the weekend and try again

No need to wait.  They work weekends, my last was approved on a Sunday..

It has to be a full two weeks before the renewal date.

I went abroad last February and did my first 90 report in person as we should.

I then tried to do the next report online but it was rejected, so I ended up going to Chaeng Wattana again.

The third time, I tried twice but the application was rejected each time within minutes of submitting and in the email I only had this reason

Name Peter xxx

Passport Number: 12345687

Nationality. GBR British

as I had entered, so I looked at the slip in my passport and to my surprise my nationality was given as GBN British Overseas National. This was the information entered by the officer at Chaeng Wattana, so I tried again using GBN. There were about 4 different codes for Great Britain anyway, Hey Presto! It was accepted. So I enetered GBN the following application. Great! Accepted again.

Last week I went to do the online application and guess what, they have updated the system so now there is only one possible British Nationality and that is GBR, so Itried that.  Of course this has now been rejected 3 times within minutes of each application.

Through no fault of my own I  now have to go to CW again!

That's the information I received from immigration officials at the Pattaya office two months ago. Therefore, I am only passing  on information, in good faith. TBH I don't really like your attitude that is rude & hostile.

So instead of being a smart azz why didn't you just correct him another words 15-7 days before due date.

Thank you. That is helpful.  My due date is 16th May.

Did mine online 2 months ago for the first time ever after 10+ years of doing them in person.
Worked like a charm. Can take 2-3 business days for a response. (Mine took 2 days and 5 hours from the time I submitted it.)

From the Immigration website: "2. Procedure for Notification of residence for more than 90 days via the Internet can be report 15 days in advance."
https://www.immigration.go.th/

Just went to the TM.47 site now. Everything is working normally. Punched in my passport number and nationality and it auto-filled a new form for me (not submitting it as I'm good for awhile yet).

Remember - you have to have done a 90 day report at Immigration before, so that your information is in the database.

And - it won't work if you try entering a different address than the one you gave Immigration before.
(If there's a problem, check that you are entering the address online the same way it was on the TM.47 you gave Immigration.)

And it won't work if you have a new passport and haven't gone in to Immigration so they can update it in their system.

Also remember - once you have filled out the information, scroll to the bottom and click the box on the left that says you read and acknowledge the terms and conditions.

Doing the report online means I'll only have to go to Immigation twice a year now (once to apply for my next Extension and then back the next day to pick up my passport with my new Extension stamp).
And I don't have to worry about scheduling my next trip around weekends and holidays (or monsoon rains).

If I'd know years ago that it was going to be that easy. But I read all those stories of people always complaining the system was down or didn't work for some unknown reason.

I should have ignored them and checked it out for myself but wasn't really fussed about it as it normally wasn't a hassle to go to Jomtien once every 3 months anyways.

But I'm beginning to think that it isn't the system that's the problem for most people.

Correct for reporting in person.  For online reporting, it is 15 day up to due date (I usually do before the due date, but once let it almost slip by me and did it on the due date - it was accepted.

in person it is 15 days before up to 7 days after, most offices want  online reports  done in the 15-7 day time frame, at least the ones my friends use.
