Hi all

I have been looking at a ADV 350 and i can get it transported to Pattaya for 3000. The one who sells the bike says he will make the transfer of ownership himself while i would like to make it at an office. He dont understand why i dont want to let them make the transfer.  So my question is ... is it possible to change ownership just between us or how does it work, its a 2024 mc and around 130000 thb

You'll need to transfer the book into ChonBuri province if the bike is from elsewhere,
