Has anyone seen a hose like this and know how to replace the tip? There's a plastic insert which is attached by the metal ring and this is where it's leaking. If you could find that insert the old one could be pulled out and replaced possibly.

The hose is a cloth wrapper and I think a soft tube inside.

It is clear that the aluminium sleeve is crimped.

Depending on exactly where the leak is and if the hose is still in good enough condition then 3M self amalgamation tape will be a possible answer and is certainly the fastest, cheapest way to attempt to fix the problem

It's hard to tell but I think the joint where it's crimped is leaking. It's just a rubber tube which is inserted over some plastic and then crimped on with that metal. I think at least but I haven't tried ripping it apart just yet until I have a good plan.

Honestly there are other sorts of these crimping rings I could maybe use but I'd have to hunt for those.

Good idea I'll try that. If it doesn't work no harm.

I usually use this glue. I added the blue part to the broken plastic.

In your case, I would put glue all around and screw.

i was just in the US and walking through Costco I'd see 100 ft premium hose for under $35. That would so great to have here. Instead of piecing together this stuff.

Yeah Thailand really falls behind compared to the US. So easy to buy high quality products on Amazon while Lazada is mostly the lowest quality Chinese products.
