I understand that according to the Thai MoE, the minimum number of teaching hours in Thai schools (IB and International may have different regulations I am not sure) is 1,000 hours for primary and 1,200 hours for secondary schools. This covers the core subjects, student development activities, and electives.

However, provided this criteria is met it seems that the number of actual days taught can vary greatly from school to school. I have heard of some schools having just 177 days of teaching whilst most Thai government schools have 200. I was wondering if others could share the number of days being taught at their schools along with the number of hours per day to get some sort of overview.

If I am wrong about anything, please feel free to correct / inform me.

Thanks in advance.
