First time the loundry comes only slowly up and I can feel many times she was again money mindet but I want not see this reality.

She plan this a long time and before I must out from Thailand, after 6 months visatime she have many mistery times 3 / 4 times in the week she go out from the loundry some hours. On the first day I come to Nepal she blocked me everywear and I think she have now a better life with a better more money customer and the true love with a naive itali man again. he write a Massage in the loundry from eternity love. I wish him all the best but this woman with " depressions " and psych Problems she think she can do all what she want and she not stopped for nothing to make more money for the third kondo or a big house... 

I forgive Lisa this stupid country village woman with not more knowledge to steel from others. Blessing for the itali baby. 

I know Karma will catch her but I hope Buddha have mercy with her.

Jono, who doesn't have a credit card, phone, bank account? These are basic items for any foreigner. 

 

Why are you talking about common sense? This whole story and the comments make no SENSE.

.A quiet type, I don’t know her reasons, but she certainly wasn’t badly treated .When he eventually got his passport and documents sorted he went home to his daughters. I know he comes back every high season for holidays with friends as I’ve met him . He stays in a hotel in Pattaya and comes to Jomtien beach every day in a taxi.

Yes, I was very stupid this you can say but what I read here over me is not ok. You don't know me. Now I stay near 6 weeks with nothing and without a room in the jomtien-Beach and only some Thailabd People help me with drinking and food. But next time comes my Pension and I have maybe one more week here I can surfive. They stop my Pension before more than one year because a letter on my Germanistik home adress is coming back.

Now I mercyful with my Ex Venizelos sie have not more knowledge AS a country village woman from Isan to steel money from Tourists and I think sie have now the right work as a cleanibg woman in fulltime.

Agree, wife/gf stealing/destroying your credit cards, bank books and passport is very common, 

Maybe not to steal from you, but just to cause you problems.

 

Thai Debit cards, the ladies like to swap theirs with yours, you don't know its gone and if you try to use the ATM card they leave in your wallet, it just doesn't work and you think it's a bank problem. Then they have plenty of time to drain.

Very simple.

Because women will usually give you an ultimatum. You have no choice.

They will ask for a house as either a sign of commitment OR they are planning to scam you down the road. 

And if you don't want to buy a house, you're left with girls in the bar scene.

Watch what you say, I know girls (young mothers) who have been abandoned by their boyfriends, now they have to fend for themselves, the lousy government does not help these POOR girls. Thailand's young mothers needs the sex tourists. 

Thailand is very different from where you come from, how would these young mothers (girls) feed themselves, their children etc. 

 

In the west the government would provide social security and welfare payments (thousands of dollars after the birth) for these young mothers, government would garnish the fathers wages, the woman may be on maternity leave, she has income but sadly in Thailand these very POOR young woman (girl) have no money to support herself and baby. 

Most times the father has abandoned her, these girls have no one to turn to for support, sadly they make wrong decisions in life. 

Shame on Thailand for not providing for these young mothers.

You are a VERY LUCKY PERSON, your country will provide for you. Thailand does not offer this option, the comfort of welfare for their people, the Thai's must survive without financial support.

I don't agree that it's common, it happens, it happens in lots of countries.

Thailand has been my home over 20 years, I don't know anyone personally that it's happened to. 

 

People need to be accountable, keep your possessions, your valuables in a safe place.

Drama, some are into it! My pal's girlfriend flushed his passport and I know many who had knives waved at them. Don't let it get that far, nor be in a hurry to build a nest.

I sold a property in the UK, only my name on the mortgage. Some time later bought another property with my new partner, when it all went pear shaped my original cash investment was taken into account when the house was sold, she got 50% of the balance, which equated to very little.

I know the Lifestyle from village wimans and this street- or bar womans here in Thailand they have many times no choice to take care Childs and the parents. They are mothers and doughters. I hear many stories from this womans in my first times in Thailand alone and in party times. They are very diffrent to German street womans and I know many womans with this bad social background but my ex girlfriend was diffrent. She have 2 kondos in Bangkok and Rangsit and a big car, good credit card... many ground in Isan and she must not steel my money. I connect her in her holidays in Insomia Dance Bar and she have a work before in the service field from a tel company in Bangkok.

But she live in a diffrent reality with a psych Problem and this is a program she have from a sensible little womans not healthy and all must take care her... because she think she can do what she want.

This is the point I can forgive her what she make with me. 

Now after 6 weeks in the beach I have maybe one more week to surfive than comes my Pension and I go to a good friend in Vietnam. A bad point is, here in the beach they steel my tel and I have no more tel nr and contact from friends they can help me. In the beach you can not take care your things and to many street guys looking in the night what they can catch. I'm happy I have my passport and the rest from all my private things is here diectly behind the police Station in a bag because my ex put all in the box from me what I bring from Germany for a diffrent life in Thailand.

I want not tell you why but I have many years big Problems with our gouverment and the German secret police for my informatios in my 3 social media channels to the Corona theme and many from the World Situation now. In the end I run away  from Germany and I come not for funny traveling. This is the point not one help me now because not one help me in this more than 5 years in Germany too and I cut all this false friends you can only have in happy and good times.

Pattaya still holds a lot of positives beyond the girlie scene. Perhaps move away from the central areas, and beware of these emotional ladies! Many many are living with a GF/wife without much drama....

As far as I can tell from all of the stories I have heard over the last 30 years is it is about stupid farangs with their ex-bar-girls who find old stupid farang guys and steal everything they have, it has nothing to do with the majority of  Thai women where 99% of them are married to Thai men.

So some good news just to balance things out for us guys, I bought my house in 1994 for 175k GBP and sold it in in 2021 for 750k and I got 100% of that so that is a few point for the blokes. 👍

Whomever's name is on the house before marriage is the owner. I bought , mortgaged, my house in Texas less than a week before we got married and It was mine in the divorce. There were 3 children involved also, and she got primary possession, at least until she moved away without permission to another state.  If you buy the house together, it will be sometimes given to whomever gets the children, depending on total economics or it can be sold and split 50/50 in the divorce settlement, or sometimes equitably. depending on other joint possessions. Here, if you pay 100% for the house its both if you are married when it's built. If you bought, built it, before the marriage, it's yours.
