Haven't tried HerbsPro, maybe I'll check it out if I'm having issues with iHerb.  So far iHerb has been fine, reliable.  Free shipping for orders over 1400 thb. but limit of three items.   At checkout you can expand the total price details to show the VAT and duties etc.
