Yet another middle aged white woman half naked on MRT

This is so typical. Seems like every foreign woman I see on public transport has shorts with her cootchie on display and tank top showing her teets. Seems like the heavier ones wear even more revealing clothes.

I'm no prude, but I'm certain it's offensive to Thais and I sure don't need to see this on display. Wearing clothes isn't really that much warmer. I used to go to work in long sleeve, trousers for ten years. I really don't know what the hell gets into people.

Yeah, I know it's kind of risque, but it's so hot 🙄🙄🙄 ... I just don't care. I can hear this being muttered over and over in my mind when I see these women.

lol @ half naked, Are you Amish?

That's totally inappropriate for being out and about in Bangkok. Replete with the flip-flops too. This is a total fashion failure

Did you get a picture of what offended you? This can't be it.

Nowhere posted did I say that I was offended. I imagine many thai were though.

Just add it to the big pile of rubbish, flotsam and jetsam that the thais have to deal with on a daily if not hourly basis living in central Bangkok.

See these women all the time.

Flip flops are not appropriate in bangkok, KL or Singapore. They are worn by only the poorest of people and of course clueless foreigners. These are real cities and nowhere to be wearing bath sandals or beach shoes. This isn't my opinion I have heard a number of ties scoffing at these flip flop things in Bangkok.

Perhaps you're one of the guys that walks around shirtless on lower Sukhumvit. Got it

Australian? British..

And on an island I would not have raised the issue. That was kind of my point genius.

It's not that they are shorts it's they are very short, shorts.  Thai women would never wear this sloppy dress.

It's no wonder that you're all in support of it because your probably all slobs just like her.
