Popular Post webfact Posted 11 hours ago Popular Post Posted 11 hours ago Picture courtesy of Siam Rath In an unusual twist of events, a Facebook page named "Than Pao" gained attention on 19th May when it shared a story of a condo resident in Thailand who allegedly released a snake in the hallway to retaliate against a neighbour keeping a pet dog. The post, originating from a video clip captured in the condominium, described the building as a place of constant surprises. It mentioned previous issues like illegal call centre operations and, intriguingly, a snake now roaming the halls. The snake was deliberately released by a resident with grievances against their neighbour who was keeping a dog, despite the condo's no-pets policy, and with condo management unable to enforce the rule, a unique solution was supposedly found. The post quickly went viral, sparking numerous online comments. Some quipped about the snake potentially being more of a danger to people than pets, while others expressed shock and dismay at the extreme lengths to which some residents would go to resolve disputes. No you misunderstood. If you rent you will never feel the need to release snakes in your neighbors home 1

Oh, but if I'm a renter, aren't I at the mercy of the landlord who can evict me at any time? I've lived in the same house over 20 years, I reckon if I were renting I'd be relocating a few times throughout the decades

Not everybody is, when (for example) a loud Russkie disco opens up next door. Or the neighbors start releasing snakes into the corridor. Then, it's good to be a renter. 2 3

Yeah, I agree but if you buy or rent in the slums you're going to have issues. I chose an affluent, leafy, housing estate to buy in. I've never had any problems or issues 1 3

Not necessarily. This might depend upon the terms of your lease. If you rent, for example, at the Dakota, then you will have far more control over when/if you move out... And, even though you probably will not find too many snakes in the hallways at the Dakota, .... Still, you might be troubled by a few of Rosemary's Babies..... shocky2012 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Honestly what the hell is wrong with people?!? Is it natural selection or? It seems like nowadays people are absolutely incapable of resolving issues through communication.
Gottfrid Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago This begs a question. did this guy actually buy the snakes or went out catching them, just to release them in the condo complex? Or is the guy same guilty as the dog owner, and also keeping pets against the rules? 1

realfunster Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago One of the less publicized impacts of the earthquake was it revealed the large numbers of pets in condos. As all and sundry hastily evacuated their accommodations, often with their animal chums in tow, I believe many building managers and co-residents were surprised to note the resulting menagerie assembled in their building’s front car park. Talking to Thai colleagues, some buildings have continued to turn a blind eye, some have offered a monetary solution (mandatory purchase of an “animal condo residency license”- never miss a trick, do they) whilst others are playing hard ball. 1

save the frogs Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago that's sick and evil. and if the snake kills someone, the person should be charged with manslaughter. dogs are beautiful creatures. I love dogs, but they're not practical in many situations. A barking dog in a condo will disturb neighbors. get a cat. anyway, just bringing a snake into a building should be a crime. should be arrested and/or fined heavily. 2

Photoguy21 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago This may be a silly question but why does the guy have snakes in his apartment to start with?
jippytum Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago ineffective juristic manager and people breaking the rules a recipe for trouble. 1
newbee2022 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago And the end of the story? Who was the winner? Pet or snake??😳
black tabby12345 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago In order take out the nasty dog, He better prepare a snake lot larger than that. As big as this one: Woman swallowed whole by a python in Indonesia, second such killing in a month - CBS News

I understand why there are so many murders in Thailand after a few hours of Wat music or Thai farmer music, I want to kill people! Anyone! I don’t care.
