Trump deporting migrants to 3rd World countries contrary to Court orders

Latest to come to light is attempted deportations to South Sundan which as been racked by Civil War and likely to do so again. These actions are despicable and directly contrary to US attempts to MAGA.

One was a convicted murderer and one a rapist.

 

Have not read anywhere if the “CON AIR” flight was on a stopover for fuel or to release deported Sudanese to their country.

 

Where the Asians actually released to the Sudanese or just waiting in transit?

 

Similiar to a stopover in Tokyo or Dubai.

Article 2 has very little to do with guns.  It defines the Executive Branch and outlines the duties and responsibilities of the President.

If the deportations complied to enacted law, there would no grounds to object other than on a humanitarian basis = case by case.
