No they can't, never seen a rescue dog that was, and these are bred for violence that cannot be trained out of them

Yes again sambum  !!!!!!!!!!!! and if they survive? and to be "retrained"? will it be the new owner, a child or an adult that gets killed elsewhere next?  We've debated such tragic news sooo many times it is sooo predictable.
