If the rumour is true then it should be fairly easy for someone to produce evidence of the application?

No, of course not.

She’s an idiot to even address it.

As for Melania... she's in there to defend her kid. And knowing a little bit about women from country she comes from, that's a very normal thing to do.

By not commenting Harvard trying to keep alive the myth that it received an application from Barron Trump.

Harvard legally can't comment either way.

In any event, NYU is the better school. It's right in the middle of Greenwhich Village and has world class teachers from the real world.  People who actually experience reality. And as far as NYC goes, living there is one of the best educations a kid could receive.

Harvard is a bunch of Ivory Tower idiots that couldn't make it in the real world, and so they became professors.

I've been lucky.  I've had teachers from NYU, Yale, Harvard, Columbia, the University of Chicago, and so on.  Back in the day when those were real schools.   Baron Trump made the right decision.

Violation of privacy.

There is no reason, legal or otherwise, why Harvard should not clarify whether or not they received an application from Barron Trump.

Silent Barron.

He's the Harpo Marx of dynastic political families.

What does he even sound like?

Does he have a Slovenian accent?

Exactly where barron lives.

And yet he seems to be on the right track.

It's one thing to be a kid. It's something else again to be a grown adult still hanging around a university because you can't hack it in the real world.

I've been to more school than I care to admit. But one thing I'm sure of: the adjunct professors from the real world taught me more than any tenured professor from the elite schools. I've had both, and it's not even a close contest.  It used to drive me nuts, though. From the real world professors, I'd get one of the highest grades in the class.  From the Ivory League professors, not so much. Whatever.  I survived.

My father used to teach, when he wasn't busy being one of the best in the world at what he did. I've seen it all from the inside. And unless your idea of success is to hang around a university and never leave, then maybe you're the one that needs more education?

During the course of my 83 years to date there are no doubt some people I have known who would agree with you. Anyway, enjoy the rest of your day.

Nothing at all to do with my post or his argument.

Barron is already grifting with his corrupt mafia style crime family but my understanding is that he's a good student and NYU business school isn't chopped liver.

Personally I am a Harvard graduate though.

I wish we could avail ourselves of Trump senior’s academic achievements but I understand that the Trump family have mega injunctions in place so that anyone divulging any info would be instantly ruined financially.

I wonder what Trump doesn’t want us to know.

This makes sense.

Biographer claims it’s Trump who didn’t get into Harvard

"Trump biographer Michael Wolff has suggested that the president has turned his ire on Harvard because he didn’t get into the school.

The Daily Beast reported earlier this week that there’s a running joke in the White House that Donald Trump has set his sights on the Ivy League institution because his son Barron couldn’t get in. But Wolff has suggested that it’s Trump himself who failed to attend."

Yes, heard that. What in addition makes sense is that a Barron rejection would open old wounds. And an obama kid being accepted put salt in the wounds.
