Never too late for anything.

If their goal were to get people to buy their coin instead of bitcoin, it is too late. Only dumb governments would attempt it as a last money grab attempt

It was not a joke. I thought he might be in the hair business, what's wrong with that? He claimed he had a couple businesses, and when you google the photo, this comes up:

I didn't even know you could google a photo.

It's borderline stalking.

I'm not sure it's a money grab attempt.

CDBC is wicked control though. They can cut off your money supply with a click of a button.

Watch your step and don't get on their sh*t list.

They can pretty much do that now.

Yanis is not an idiot. This guy's in the know.

He is claiming they want to devalue the American dollar by around 30%.

Nixon in 1971 decoupled the dollar from gold, devalued the dollar, and also introduced tariffs. They're using a simliar playbook.

Let them tear it down, and keep deporting the illegals.

Yeah, but maybe the way they're doing it is a bit dictatorial?

Or if they make an appointment, the companies will hide all the illegals? So they have no choice but to come in and bust the joint up?

The way they are doing what?

Who are busting joints up?

Nothing new about immigration raids at companies. In 2000 our California plant got raided and we lost about twenty guys.

In 2018 a company I was doing some consulting for in Tennessee was raided and lost 80% of the workforce. Starting pay doubled in four months.

Hey Mike, given the collapse of the US is imminent, are you going to sell the salon, your other business, and the rest of your US assets and move your capital offshore or are you just making it all up?

Trump has destroyed American prestige permanently. For those still harboring the delusion of America's greatness, he erased that in one month. Which is likely a good thing, as false perception is not a good thing. An empire on its last legs, like the Western Roman empire in the 5th century. Donnie boy. Making America less relevant again.

Hmm, I seem to recall Obama saying (and I am paraphrasing) that the US was only great in the same way that the Irish think of Ireland as great and that it really not that special, and that it was his job to manage the decline.

Looks like the Irish aren't so proud of their "greatness" these days?

Another EU-enabled disaster in the making.

Trump had no idea what he was getting into when he picked on China, and it is very likely this is not going to end well for him, nor for America.

He has simply precipitated the decline that was already in motion for decades now.

No. Absolutely not. Just a few hundred people protesting rabid, likely illegal, insane and deplorable immigration policy.

Just a couple of reporters arrested and one shot, normal practice for MAGA people.

If you're going to make an inflammatory statement like that it's best if you mention that it was a rubber bullet, and the reporter was barely harmed.

Doesn't matter that it was a rubber bullet, still got shot.

Inflammatory? You think it is normal?

Federal agents showed up in an unmarked van and started arresting Latinos in front of a Home Depot.

Do you think that's normal?

Do you think they asked them for their papers?

Do you think kidnapping a four-year-old child is normal behavior for federal agents?

Do you think maybe there was a reason why the protests are happening, or do you just think it happened in a vacuum?

If the van was marked they would run away.

I know that when I was involved in criminal activity, getting rousted and asked for “papers” was quite normal.

Should they have taken the criminal into custody, and left the four year old child on the street?

We are running 124.3% Debt-to-GDP, we have to stop spending, no matter who the President is, or what party is in office. We should think about passing a law that congress and the President cannot spend one dime until that Debt-to-GDP is under 60%, and to make a law that it cannot exceed that percentage. In fact, if it exceeds that amount for any reason, then the annual budget will need to decrease to compensate.

Got nothing to do with my comment that I think it is way out of line that reporters get arrested or shot.
