Do you always test the girl first before having unprotected sex?

It isn’t good news.

I admit I am guilty of not using condoms unless made to. They are annoying.

And most of the Thai women don’t seem to care either.

It only takes one and you have HIV for life.

Hundreds of thousands of Thais are HIV positive.

i think drinking so much beer helps flush out the system before the virus can attach itself but not sure. And showering and soaping up maybe helps.

I might go and get a test today.

Circumcision is the way to go if you don't like wearing johnny's.

Reduces your chances of catching it by up to 70%

Mark.

And the other STDs also.

The girls also prefer circumcised, much more aesthetically pleasing and no smelly cheese.

Makes sense.

Any my understanding is that it's benign and the dangers are blown out of proportion.

But no going to dig up links from (non-reputable) sources.

When single I always used a condom. Always. It's not just about HIV. There are dozens of lifelong STIs.

Some now PREP but that's only scary safeguard. I'm sure taking that medicine has a debilitating impact on your immune system especially over long period of time.

One must always remember there are loads of men perfectly willing to have sex without condoms regardless of the risk. There are many Thai women that are both ignorant of science, their bodies and willing to have sex with other condom even for no additional money but merely that small money the act produces.

Go to soapy get a handy I'm a pretty girl. Problem solved

Really? How is that?

I'd like to see the science on that although I've heard such.

Who cares if it lowers risk. In my opinion if there is a 0001% chance of you getting HIV come AIDS I'm not going to take that risk - double especially if she's not a beauty queen of a siren

No more butt sex with ladyboys and you should be fine

Risky activities aside ..

Given ladyboys go for hetro and bi men they are probably less risk than the man on man sex.

Most of the HIV is and always has been and had been brought to the west by homosexual activity. And all Western countries gay centers and clinics abound serving to treat the STIs of predominantly homosexual men

Look at that link I posted about. A quote: "

HIV affects some groups more than others. Social and structural issues—such as HIV stigma, homophobia, discrimination, poverty, and limited access to high-quality health care—influence health outcomes and continue to drive inequities.

"

Before presenting the data they feel the need to do damage control. People probably know not to have unprotected butt sex with poor, dirty looking men but this is reenforcing a "stigma" according to the propagandist at the CDC.

Homosexual men get up to all sorts of nonsense but the narrative spreads the issue and blame evenly. Like everything else on the Left it's just a disinformation campaign to absolve responsibility and culpability

So, according to CDC 90% homosexual activity. 👍👍

90? it says 67 there right?

I'm very skeptical of CDC so I'm curious if gay men have overlapped into some of the other categories.

Get a real gf

Was she a virgin when you met her?

And if she wasn’t did you take her take down to the clinic to get her tested first?

She could have anything.

That is the question.

With all the promiscuity in Thailand I think that 90% might be a bit high.

Still haven't heard about any expat got hiv after he married a long term gf.

I know some long term gf still working, but for most in decent marriages I believe that risk is about zero.

Edit note: I know a few cases where the husband gave the wife hiv.

Risk of man catching from an infected woman is 1 in 5000.

So if 1 in 10 women were infected, you'd need 50,000 unprotected shags with random women to 100% catch it. (CDC figures)

I did have both my Thai LTRs tested before moving in with them.

So even less chance.
