I find it unbelievable how many here run their stupid, misinformed mouths at getting the vaccine, wearing masks, dismissing all this. Maybe it won't kill you, but these are all minor inconveniences for the payoff of not getting severely sick. This is a no-brainer. All this covid around will catch up to you. It can make you very sick and can kill you.

Around a third to half of people in Bangkok still wearing face masks (when I was there last month, doubt that anything’s changed since then), including in situations outdoors where they aren’t within cooee of anyone else, vs ZERO in Europe, is a pretty good indicator of hysteria.

There is no such thing as COVID. There never was. Dr Vernon Coleman reckons it was/is the rebranded flu. I'll go with that. And what is flu? Simply put; it is a regular body detox, Meaning the body ridding itself of the captured undesirables that have build up, coated, packaged and tucked away in the previous months. Then, a change in humidity, temperature or membrane PH and it all begins.

 

The flu is the cure.

I'm also a vegan, I support Queers for Palestine, I support feminists in their quest to become proud owners of multiple cats when they become 40, I believe Sub Saharans can create a civilization as good as any other group in Europe or Asia,  I have always lived in a city and never grown any food that I have eaten, but support fair trade all the way. I'm a good global citizen.

Did you even read the OP?  

The title and first sentence mentioned the number of cases (12.000). 

But the rest of the article is pure fear-mongering using words like alarming, significant health challenges, troubling figures, a surge, health crisis, etc.  

And the last sentence took the cake:

Have you been asleep?  I can't use my bank account anymore which was the final straw.  Just this year things have gotten more restrictive and more of a hassle.

I'm just not a vaccine guy. I'm not antivax, if people want to get one, then power to them, but I don't feel like I need them to stay healthy, and I question their efficacy towards the latest variants.

Family and family of friends.  Luckily none of my close family or friends died from the shots, but several had severe adverse effects (which of course they did not link to the shots, because these were 100% safe and effective and only loony and selfish anti-vaxxers would question this).
