Let's not polish a turd here, the weather in Thailand always blows. Too hot, humid, and polluted. And when it does cool down for 2 months a year, the air is too toxic to go outside.
I can not count the number of times I have avoided dogs lying in the road, head on paws, ready and asking to be run over. It's a normal part of driving here, no great lookout or thought required.
I would have thought the Swede was a bit bigger than a dog!.... even at night.
One thing on my list to buy when we move back home, besides a good coffeemaker, is a bread maker. My daughter makes some, had a little when I visited last year, and it was good.
