To take your education a step further, and in direct reference to yesterdays Court ruling.

This was a legal challenge, which was thrown out

I have made no comment about yesterday's court ruling and have no wish to learn anything more about it.

Agreed. (see my reply to Nauseus)

Single aspects of GCHQ's actions should be subject  to a Judicial review..

Fine and dandy

2. A Judical Review is not the same as a legal challenge.

Two very distinct and two very different processes.

Not according to Google AI they aren't: "A judicial review is a specific type of legal challenge ..." i.e. the latter is a subset of the former

You seem to be obsessed with making

a distinction between the phrases. If you provide a legal definition of both phrases from a reputable source then that can be used in future although, as I said at the outset, I have no comment to make about yesterday's ruling

Agreed. GCHQ does not determine law but, as you say, it is a government agency and therefore, by definition, is acting on the government's behalf.

For whatever reason, the judiciary determined that it broke the law.

It did not. You should read your own links.

Blair's monster seems to be  making up it's own rules as it mutates.

Well don't try and argue apples are bananas, when you have been caught out.

I think  some people can read, they cannot understand the words.

Still, no excuse for trying to conflate Government with GCHQ.

Highly unlikely they would be bigger than Reform.

Would be great to see the left wing loony vote split though.

I was talking about seated MP' s where, if Sultana does successfully court the ones already mentioned, it could be five for five with Reform (the sixth is still suspended) in the current parliament.

And now there's only four.

Wait until the next election.

If they don't implode or self-immolate first.

You shouldn't campaign on a platform that embraces stopping the grifters when you are already a grifter.

We already have laws in place to prosecute them for their actions. Why do we need to label them terrorists?

Because UK attacking military aircraft is a terrorist action.... if that happened in the USA, the security guards would have been shooting to kill...

What they did had nothing to do with terrorism - just because the law says otherwise doesn't make it so; just another bad law written by weak politicians.

More, fast-tracked, knee-jerk, "It seemed a good idea at the time" sort of "putting out a fire with gasoline" legislation, based on emotions and not logic, drenched in face-saving righteous indignation.

I believe they banged up the first nine of these awful "terrorists" at a protest yesterday, so let's see what jail terms are dished out. But maybe we need to know what the God awful wishy washy Met have actually charged them with first.

Anyway, the last I heard, the prisons are already chockers with real bad uns.

Apparently it is NOW that they've gone overboard in an attempt to distract from the lamentable "security" at RAF bases in the UK.

And the UK isn't the USA, thank goodness.

In this case, who in particular was terrorised by the acts carried out by this group?

Which act and case are you talking about, there have been dozens this soon to be terrorist group have taken part in.

By attacking military aircraft, Palestine Action has made the government of the U.K. and its people the target of terrorism.  There's a huge difference between destroying the engines of RAF planes and spray-painting slogans on corporate offices.

But in the past, Jews in the U.K. have felt terrorized by PA attacks on Jewish-owned businesses. The fact that PA calls for the destruction of the state of Israel as the homeland of the world's Jews has also psychologically terrorized the U.K.'s Jews.  Palestine Action is explicitly antisemitic.

Jewish business in Stamford Hill targeted by Palestine Action

Shomrim, the Jewish neighbourhood security organisation, said: “Jewish businesses in Stamford Hill targeted overnight. Windows and doors were smashed, graffiti sprayed, and the premises left with extensive damage.”

Shomrim also shared a CCTV video of the incident, stating that “three masked males carried out the attack in the early hours of the morning” and that “Palestine Action proudly claimed responsibility for this criminal harassment of Jewish owned properties.”

Palestine Action, and other pathetic, keffiyeh-wearing oxygen wasters like them, have benefitted immeasurably from this OTT knee-jerk from an idiot of a Home Secretary. When you ban something, it's exclusivity is enhanced and when it comes to these wing nuts, draws in the more radicalised and extreme.

As I was saying...

"Palestine Action has attempted to thwart the Government’s terror ban by creating a secret website to recruit activists for further direct action, The Telegraph can reveal.

The protest group said it would continue its activity “regardless of the name it falls under”, as it directed potential recruits to a vetting form for a “new collective” set up an hour before Palestine Action was officially designated a terrorist organisation. .."

Not very secret when the Telegraph can reveal its existence.

However, we can now rest easy, knowing that the relevant authorities will now be monitoring this secret website, and doors will be getting booted in at 0500, as and when appropriate.

Good job the Telegraph

Well of course, terrorists don't just give up, they will try and try again and the authorities will get them again and again but this time with far greater powers. What on earth did you expect?

she referred to the IDF as " The Jewish Defence League".

Like many others on the left, Diane Abbot claims to be anti-Zionist but that's simply a mask for deep-seated antisemitism.  She has a long history of making embarrassing  (for her personally and Labour) comments about Jews.  While her beliefs line up well with those of Corbyn and Sultana,  Abbot carries the risk of once again expressing contempt or hatred for Jews.

It will be crucial for Sultana's new party to publicly hold to the false distinction it is anti-Zionist but not antisemitic.  Given her past gaffes, Abbot won't be much help in that respect.

"Jewish Defence Force"? 😃

She really can't help herself. The masks slips every time.

Jezbollah and Sultana need to think very carefully before inviting her to join the new party.

You mean they need properly vetted like Reform does?

Abbott doesn't really need much vetting at this point.

She has 30 years of documented anti-semitism and general inanity. In fact, she's the perfect fit for Corbyn and his "friends" at Hamas. Just get her a pair of matching shoes, a calculator, and teach her how to open a gate and she's ready to go.

Would she know how to use a calculator?

Remember her crash "police funding" interview!

Nick Ferrari: So how much would 10,000 police officers cost?

Diane Abbott: Well, erm... if we recruit the 10,000 police men and women over a four-year period, we believe it'll be about £300,000.

Nick Ferrari: £300,000 for 10,000 police officers? What are you paying them?
