Gluten Free Products?

Ok. Unfortunately I can't help you source these products but as I can't eat gluten I can tell you first hand that the gluten free equivalents of what you are after are far inferior to the real thing (and more expensive).

I don't mean to be negative but the breakfast cereals generally taste like cardboard, the pasta is gluggy and breads brittle and hard to swallow.

Sorry I haven't really answered your question or been helpful. I hope someone out there can offer more fruitful advice.

Good Luck!

Thanks chiliwasabi, I'm not surprised that the taste and texture are not the same as normal products. Also not expecting to find much in BKK....was hoping that someone might know about a specialty shop selling some bread at the very least.
