Trump Sues Wall Street Journal Over Epstein Birthday Letter Claim

Featured Replies

Trump. Bill Clinton, x Prince Andrew, etc. and I am sure many others are all in the same boat.  Check the plane logs on Epstein's private plane, ask the victims, ask Giselle if she hasn't committed suicide too yet, etc.

This is a dangerous bluff. There is no way on gawd's green earth Rupert Murdoch didn't have the article describing the birthday letter screened by their attorneys with a fine tooth comb. All this will

Two very big risks for Trump.   The first is the ‘Disclosure’ process, and be assured Murdoch has both legal and business interest in obtaining ‘Disclosure’.   The second, and perh

If the idiot goes after Murdoch,  he(Murdoch) will change all the narrative on Fox news to ruin the village idiot forever. Trump cannot win against the  murdoch empire.

The stock market is reaching new highs so what to do? Oh yeah let's focus on a Birthday card. What a bunch of losers.

Trump is getting hammered for protecting  pedophiles, so what to do?

Oh yeah, let’s talk about the stock market.

frank, you were told this. Because it's not just about Trump. It seems that you jump on every new diversion put out by the Trump administration.

We both know that, for one reason or another, that he is trying to kill the whole Epstein thing. We know that from the frenzied phone calls to the newspapers and his attempt to gaslight us by making a show of getting permission to release Grand Jury evidence....which of course won't mention him at all, as it only pertains to Maxwell and Epstein.

Are you so blind or is it that you don't want to see it?

Alas this is now the usual retort from the loony left instead of owning up to you lost the election and Trump is doing what he said he'd do. The syndrome continues, pushed heavily by the Democrats and MSM and believed by the sheeple.

Again, we are talking about Epstein files. Not the election. How is it possible that you don't grasp this? Or am I talking to Chat GTP?

Grand Jury testimonies which are normally secret are going to be released. As for the entirety of the files being released and unredacted this isn't going to happen IMO.

You're quoting the most prolific liar in political history. What's your point? Are you siding with the liar-in-chief?

  • Popular Post

From the Trump complaint:

On the one hand , Defendants Safdar and Palazzolo falsely pass off as fact that President Trump, in 2003, wrote, drew, and signed this letter. And on the other hand, Defendants Safdar and Palazzolo failed to attach the letter, failed to attach the alleged drawing, failed to show proof that President Trump authored or signed any such letter, and failed to explain how this purported letter was obtained.

The reason for those failures is because no authentic letter or drawing exists.
Defendants concocted this story to malign President Trump's character and integrity and deceptively portray him in a false light.

If WSJ has this letter why didn't they release it? Can you answer this question?

This is conjecture on your part. This is like editing an interview to put forward your narrative. These words are put forth in the lawsuit being brought forth by the biggest liar in known political history. They have not been proven and your posting it like this is dishonest. No way this lawsuit will ever go forward because the liar-in-chief would have to testify under oath. Never gonna happen.

I just posted the above to show that Team Trump says in the complaint that no such thing ever existed.

Including this:

27. Notably, Murdoch and Thomson authorized the publication of the Article after
President Trump put them both on notice that the letter was fake and nonexistent.

Of COURSE I can't, that's what discovery is all about. I CAN say that WSJ would never make such accusations without being 1000% sure of the info.

Well I don't know what the repercussions are for lying in a complaint filed with a Federal Court but I guess we may soon find out.

This is a complaint filed by Trump against WSJ defendants -- he doesn't have to provide exculpatory evidence.

Well. It would certainly seem as though they have wouldn't it? Your total belief and trust in MSM is your choice but the track record of MSM fake news is obvious to all but the oblivious.

MAGA hive mind. They all seem to be repeating exactly the same propaganda released by the Trump administration. No original thought at all.

We know that he is doing everything to suppress anything to do with Epstein. One reason is himself. Another is leverage.

Why are his sycophants in denial?

And THAT is the question everyone capable of critical thinking can't understand!

In the lawsuit, Trump claims Safdar and Palazzo wrongly passed off “as fact” that Trump wrote the 2003 letter, despite not attaching the letter or a supposed drawing, failing to show proof Trump wrote the letter or explain how they obtained it.

“The reason for those failures is because no authentic letter or drawing exists,” Trump said. “Defendants concocted this story to malign President Trump’s character and integrity and deceptively portray him in a false light.”

Trump, represented by Alejandro Brito of Brito PLLC, seeks $10 billion in damages from the defendants.

It was Jeffrey Epstein’s 50th birthday, and Ghislaine Maxwell was preparing a special gift to mark the occasion. She turned to Epstein’s family and friends. One of them was Donald Trump.

Maxwell collected letters from Trump and dozens of Epstein’s other associates for a 2003 birthday album, according to documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.

Pages from the leather-bound album—assembled before Epstein was first arrested in 2006—are among the documents examined by Justice Department officials who investigated Epstein and Maxwell years ago, according to people who have reviewed the pages. It’s unclear if any of the pages are part of the Trump administration’s recent review.

The letter bearing Trump’s name, which was reviewed by the Journal, is bawdy—like others in the album. It contains several lines of typewritten text framed by the outline of a naked woman, which appears to be hand-drawn with a heavy marker. A pair of small arcs denotes the woman’s breasts, and the future president’s signature is a squiggly “Donald” below her waist, mimicking pubic hair.

Is the thinking that Ghislane Hoch(Maxwell) has done a deal with her father's arch rival?

For years the Democrats could have released them but didn't.

That makes them hypocrites too. But it doesn't make the MAGA folks who have been calling for their release not hypocrites. A few of us MAGA backers were calling for their release back then and we're calling for it now. What's your problem with not being a hypocrite?
